Our Story & Philosophy

My name is Jihuan Wu, founder of the Jelley Brown brand. Through years of close involvement in the food and beverage industry and systematic study of both domestic and international practices, I observed recurring challenges such as inconsistent food safety performance, uneven quality control, limited ingredient transparency, and gaps in hygiene and production standards. These observations led me to build a food and beverage manufacturing facility from the ground up—one designed to meet and exceed industry benchmarks in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Our approach is guided by a clear principle: standards before scale, and safety before efficiency. Rather than prioritizing short-term output, we focus on building quality and food safety systems that are verifiable, traceable, and consistently executable over time. Strict internal standards are applied across raw material sourcing, process control, hygiene management, and finished product testing. Compliance is treated as a foundation for sustainable operations, not a cost factor. This mindset extends to our products, where we balance flavor performance with a health-oriented approach, avoid preservatives, and position stability and consumer trust as core brand commitments.

Standards Before Scale · Safety Before Efficiency

We believe long-term value is built through transparent and responsible partnerships. With brand owners, buyers, and distribution partners, we emphasize clear communication, well-defined quality boundaries, and predictable collaboration structures. The Jelley Brown facility is located in a clean, water-surrounded environment free from industrial pollution and designed from the outset to incorporate clean energy and resource-efficient solutions. Together, these choices support a modern, green, and sustainable manufacturing model—one that enables long-term compliance, operational stability, and trusted collaboration.

Timeline

Beginning with the U.S. market, Sonora was established with full alignment to the FDA food regulatory framework from day one. This early commitment laid a solid foundation for regulatory compliance, food safety, and the long-term, stable operation of products in international markets.

Brand Establishment
NINGBO JELLEY BROWN INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD was founded, and the Jelley Brown brand was officially launched for international markets.

Core Probiotic Strains
Incorporating Danisco’s European triple-strain probiotic system to support overall gut comfort, help relieve occasional constipation, and maintain a healthy immune system.

Dairy Sourcing
Utilizing skim milk powder, whole milk powder, and whey protein sourced from New Zealand, leveraging its well-established dairy production system and consistently safe, clean, and high-quality raw materials.

Ningbo Beilun Manufacturing Facility
The starting point of in-house production. A proprietary manufacturing system was officially established, securing key certifications including FDA, ISO, and HACCP, and marking a critical transition from contract manufacturing to independent production.

Production Portfolio Expansion
Building on its probiotic production capabilities, the company independently developed and innovated a 500 ml aloe vera beverage, which is manufactured at the Ningbo Beilun facility.

Expansion into the Domestic Market
A Shanghai entity was established, and a dedicated domestic market team was formed, building an integrated brand, supply chain, and sales network spanning both China and the United States. The U.S. domestic brand Viloe was launched in parallel, alongside the establishment of a localized U.S. warehousing and distribution system.

First Viloe Probiotic Product
Launched in a 5-bottle-per-pack format.

Fenghua Manufacturing Facility — Full Alignment with International High Standards
Comprehensive upgrades were implemented across facility design, production processes, and quality management systems. The company subsequently obtained internationally recognized certifications such as Halal and BRCGS (BRC), further strengthening its access and competitiveness in global markets.

Global Market Deployment
Over a three-year period, products were successfully introduced into 17 international markets, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Canada. Through validation across diverse regulatory frameworks, consumer profiles, and distribution channels, the company progressively built multi-regional export and supply capabilities, continuously strengthening brand stability and adaptability in global markets.

Production Line Upgrades and New Product Pipeline
By 2026, the company plans to complete major upgrades and intelligent transformation of its core production lines, while advancing the development and launch of multiple new products to continuously enhance product competitiveness and overall brand value.
